We are committed to the responsible management of consumer information and abide by all rules, both ethical and legal, with respect to the use of consumer information.   Due to the nature of our business, the Services and Website are not directed to minors and minors are not eligible to use our Services. Except for beneficiary information, we do not collect, solicit, or maintain Personal Information from people we actually know are under 18 years of age. If we learn that a minor has provide us Personal Information without a parent’s or guardian’s consent, we will delete such information unless our regulatory obligations prevent us from doing so.

We collect information from users and clients who access our Website or use our Services. The types of information collected from users versus clients will differ. For example, a Website user may provide certain limited Personal Information in order to evaluate our Services or access any free educational tools, whereas a client will provide more comprehensive Personal Information necessary to enable us to provide the Services. To access certain Services, you are required to create an account and provide your name, address, email address, password, birthday, social security number, as well as information about your retirement accounts and transactions, including but not limited to account balances, holdings, and inquiries. We may receive Personal Information about you from your authorized representatives such as your accountant, financial advisor, broker, or attorney. Any such information is considered Personal Information and is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2.1.2 Third Party Accounts.

We may require you to provide account credentials for your third-party accounts, including your 401(k)-provider account or any other accounts necessary for us to perform the Services. We will use such third-party account credentials solely to provide the Services requested by you. The Website allows you to connect with third party accounts through the Services. To provide us authorization to access your third-party account information, you must log in to the third-party account directly through the Services. To revoke our access to any third-party account, you must contact the third-party account provider.

2.1.3 Third Party Payment Processors.

In the absence of an integrated payment process, we may use a third-party payment processor such as Stripe to collect payment and billing information in order to process transactions. Data security, privacy, and handling of payments will be governed by the privacy policy and terms of use of the third-party payment processor.

We do not rent or sell your Personal Information to anyone. We may store and use your Personal Information for a variety of business purposes, such as to:

2.4 RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have certain choices about how your Personal Information is used and disclosed. You can review and change some of your Personal Information by accessing your account via the Website. You may also to decline to provide us with Personal Information but declining to provide Personal Information may disqualify you from using the certain portions of the Website or Services. You authorize us to use and disclose any new or modified information that you provide in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

You may request that we delete your Personal Information; however, clients and users cannot opt out of providing Personal Information and continue to use the Services. Certain Personal Information is necessary for us to provide the Website or Services and your deletion of such necessary information will interfere with or prohibit your use the Website or Services. Clients and users must close their account in order to opt out of further providing us with Personal Information. In some instances, we may be required (by law or otherwise) to retain this Personal Information and will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements. Any deleted Personal Information is removed from our active database but may remain in our archives.

2.4.1 ProNvest Communications.
We will communicate with you primarily via email. You can opt out of receiving marketing emails by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email or contacting us at info@pronvest.com.Please note that you cannot opt out of administrative communications such as regulatory, billing notifications, service notifications, or updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. You may elect to receive SMS communications from us. To opt out of SMS communications, reply STOP to any SMS you receive or contact us at info@pronvest.com. We process requests to be placed on do-not-mail, do-not-phone and do-not-contact lists as required by applicable law.

2.4.2 Third-Party Communications.
ProNvest may offer you the option to receive communications from third parties about products or services that may interest you. ProNvest will never share your information with these third parties without your prior consent. You can withdraw your consent to receive third-party communications at any time by modifying the settings in your account dashboard or, if such dashboard function is unavailable, by contacting us at support@pronvest.com.

2.5 SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We are committed to the security of your Personal Information and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the integrity and security of your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

3. ANONYMOUS INFORMATION

Anonymous Information” as used in this Privacy Policy means information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information. Anonymous Information does not enable identification of or contact with individual persons.

We may also obtain Information from Partners, Business Associates and Unrelated Entities and combine that with Personal Information we collect about you.

6. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”)

6.1 Data Requests:

California residents have the right to request and receive information regarding our data practices and the third parties to whom we have disclosed their Personal Information in the prior calendar year, including the type of information disclosed, the purpose for disclosure, and the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.

6.2 Data Deletion

California residents have the right to request that ProNvest delete all the Personal Information associated with them. ProNvest will respond to deletion requests within forty-five (45) days. ProNvest is not required to delete your Personal Information under certain circumstances, including circumstances where we are legally obligated to retain the information or if the information is needed to defend a legal claim. ProNvest will process all requests in accordance with its legal obligations under the CCPA, considering any exceptions. Please note that if you request deletion of your Personal Information, you may no longer have access to any or all portions of the Website or Services.

7. DO NOT TRACK

We do not currently respond to “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that might enable consumers to opt out of tracking on the Services.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and we will change the “Last Updated” date located at the top of this page.
